The Belvedere Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, on Monday, September 14th, 2020 via Zoom Meeting platform.

The purpose of the meeting shall include:
 Review of 2020 Association Activities
 Approval of 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes
 Election of Board of Directors for 2021
 Presentation of the proposed 2021 Budgets

Proxy: All owners are strongly urged to attend this meeting; if you are unable to attend, please be certain to assign your Proxy so that a quorum can be attained, and official business can be conducted at the annual meeting. A proxy form is enclosed with this notice. Please remember that your proxy must be assigned to someone who will be attending the meeting.

The 2020 Board of Directors has three seats available. Nominations for the 2020 Board of Directors are to be submitted by the nomination form below. Please Email to the manager or one of the existing Board Members. You may nominate yourself, or one of your neighbors – however if you nominate a neighbor, please make sure they are ok with serving if elected. All nominations are due no later than the call to order of the Annual Meeting at 7:00 PM on September 14th. There will also be an opportunity to take nominations from the floor, at the meeting.


There will be a brief Board of Director’s meeting immediately following the adjournment of the Neighborhood Meeting for the purpose of electing officers for 2020.
